I’m Estera, originally from Lithuania, with many years spent living in the UK, and now based in Valencia. I believe healing looks different for everyone — there is no “one size fits all.” My work weaves together ancient wisdom, modern science, spirituality, and holistic practices to support women in reconnecting with themselves. My journey has taken me from a career in medical publishing to initiations with cacao, studies in Mayan Abdominal Massage, and training in Trauma-Informed Plant Medicine Facilitation. Living, studying, and working across diverse cultures has deeply shaped the way I hold space. Here in Valencia, I offer Mayan Abdominal Massage for women experiencing womb or cycle challenges, digestive issues, or seeking deeper connection with their body. I also hold Women’s Cacao Ceremonies for those drawn to sisterhood, grounding, ritual, and heart-opening connection, as well as private or group sessions for anyone desiring sacred space for guidance, healing, or celebration. I also welcome collaborations and enjoy creating inclusive spaces that embrace both women and men.
