Guided by your facilitators, you’ll meet your fellow participants, set your personal intentions, and receive an introduction to conscious eating through a first hands-on experience. A nourishing beginning to open the heart and plant the seeds for the journey ahead. 17:00–18:00 Opening Yoga Session Gentle Arrival Flow A soft class to ground, *** and release the travel day. 19:00 Dinner (with menu presentation and 5 minutes of mindful eating) Your first nourishing, plant-based dinner in community. 20:00–21:00 Evening Activity: Vibrate & Release with the Rhythm of Fire and Herbs A ritual to let go of what no longer serves you through fire, accompanied by live percussion and music. We will share herbal infusions that support the emotional release process, learning their properties while connecting with yourself and the group in a space of transformation and renewal. Saturday Deep Dive into Nutrition 08:30–09:00 Mindful Morning: Meditation & Journaling A morning practice to begin the day in calm, connect with the heart through meditation, and open your inner space with conscious journaling. 09:00 Yoga Session Morning Flow Gentle movement and breathwork to awaken body and mind. 11:00 Brunch (with menu presentation and 5 minutes of mindful eating) Nourishing, plant-based brunch with fresh, local ingredients. 12:30–14:30 Alternative Cooking Workshop: Living & Conscious Nutrition A practical and delicious journey into conscious cuisine. You’ll learn how to activate seeds, prepare plant-based drinks and natural sweeteners, discover the power of probiotics, and experiment with living foods such as enzymatic waters (rejuvelac) and fermented recipes. All accompanied by tastings to awaken your senses and inspire you to transform your daily *** Free time to relax, swim, walk, or nap 16:00–17:30 Conscious Eating Circle An intimate space to reflect on your personal relationship with food and your daily habits. Through group dynamics we’ll explore how to integrate conscious eating into everyday life, learning practical tools and nutrition basics to carry with you beyond the retreat. A moment to listen, share, and open new possibilities in how you nourish yourself. 19:00 Dinner (with menu presentation and 5 minutes of mindful eating) Wholesome, delicious dinner with the group. 20:30 Conscious Heart Dance & Live Percussion A conscious journey into movement and rhythm, where live percussion awakens the body and the dance becomes a dialogue with the heart. We surrender to the beat, release what no longer serves, and celebrate the joy of being fully alive, connected with ourselves, with others, and with the pulse of life itself. Sunday Gut Health, Detox & Closing 08:30–09:00 Mindful Morning: Meditation & Journaling A morning practice to begin the day in calm, connect with the heart through meditation, and open your inner space with conscious journaling. 09:00 Yoga Session Detox Flow A yoga practice focused on gentle twists and movements to aid detoxification. 11:00 Brunch (with menu presentation and 5 minutes of mindful eating) Detox-friendly, colorful brunch buffet. 12:30–14:30 Nutritious Cooking Workshop: Detox Juice Therapy A refreshing and vibrant session to discover the power of natural juices. Learn the foundations of juice therapy and how to bring this practice into your daily life. We’ll prepare green, red, and orange juices, each with unique properties to cleanse, revitalize, and balance your system. A hands-on and delicious experience to nourish yourself with simplicity and nature. 15:00–16:00 Closing & Integration Circle A final gathering to honor all that has been lived and plant seeds of transformation. Through reflection and group sharing, we will integrate the retreat experiences so each participant leaves with clarity, inspiration, and practical tools. We close in community, with full hearts and renewed energy to continue the journey with more awareness and connection. A heartfelt reflection and goodbye.
